PRODUCTS
All products are completely customisable to your dealerships needs, here are some products we offer to our current dealer base. All Warranties are customisable in term length. We typically have contracts spanning from 1 – 7 years, depending on warranty type. Expiry Kilometres are also entirely customisable.
Premium Warranty Program
Our most comprehensive coverage which replicates the manufactures New Vehicle warranty. This has the highest customer satisfaction rate as it is the most comprehensive coverage in our suite.
New Vehicle Warranty Program
A service retention program which is provided to customers who purchase new vehicles. Customers are required to service the vehicle in your dealer network to attain the extension of the manufactures warranty.
Warranty Support Program
A complimentary warranty provided on used vehicles. Has limited coverage and claim limits applied. Covers major mechanical and electrical items of the vehicle. Also used as service retention to maintain the warranty for the term of the contract.
Roadside Assistance
Provided in conjunction with the above warranty types. Roadside Assistance is designed as a benefit to customers who may be encountering issues on the run. The roadside offers Towing, Jumpstart and battery swap, tyre change and other breakdown services 24/7 Aus Wide. Available from 6 months to 6 years, the roadside is not self-funded. Power Train Warranty Program
Basic engine, transmission and differential coverage of the vehicle. Claim limits apply. This may be used on vehicles a dealership may not want to provide the full ‘warranty support’ coverage. This would be on High Km vehicles, Commercial Vehicles or High-risk vehicles.
Car Care Program
The ultimate cosmetic coverage of the paint, trim and glass of the vehicle. For customers who want to keep their pride and joy looking factory new for years to come.
Statutory Warranty Administration
Under consumer law, vehicles under 10 years old and under 160,00kms must have 3 months/5,000kms warranty which is comprehensive in coverage. We will administer this on your behalf free of charge on vehicles which have one of our other warranty programs.
